Celebrating Our First Successful Boeing 737NG Type Training Course Completion

The aviation industry demands highly skilled technicians to maintain aircraft safety and performance. Recently, we reached a significant milestone by completing our first Boeing 737NG Type Training Course in Antalya. This achievement marks a new chapter in strengthening our technical expertise and ensuring the highest standards in aircraft maintenance.

The Boeing 737 Next Generation (NG) series is a widely used aircraft model, requiring specialized knowledge for maintenance and certification. Our Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) SHT-147 Maintenance Training Organization approval enabled us to conduct this course internally. Training approximately 50 technicians so far, we have taken a crucial step toward developing a skilled workforce capable of handling complex maintenance tasks.
This course equips technicians with the necessary qualifications to maintain and certify Boeing 737NG aircraft. By investing in in-house training, we reduce reliance on external providers and create a sustainable path for continuous professional growth. This approach supports operational readiness and enhances safety standards across our fleet.
Completing the first Boeing 737NG Type Training Course is just the beginning. We plan to expand the program to train more technicians and introduce additional type courses for other aircraft models. Continuous development of technical skills is essential to keep pace with evolving aviation technologies and regulations.

By maintaining a robust training program, we ensure our maintenance team remains highly qualified and ready to support safe and efficient operations. This ongoing investment in people is key to sustaining our competitive edge and meeting industry demands.
