Responsibilities
Requirements
- B1 or B1 & B2 License (SHY-66 mandatory)
- B737NG and/or B737 MAX (LEAP-1) type rating (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience
- Preferably university graduate
- Preferably no SHY-147 module limitations
- Good command of English (reading, speaking, writing)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Effective time and stress management
- Ability to work shifts
- No travel restrictions
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Completed military service (preferred)
In This Role, You Will
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in compliance with SHY and EASA regulations
- Troubleshoot technical defects and ensure corrective actions
- Certify maintenance tasks within authorization scope
- Maintain high safety, reliability, and quality standards
- Support operational requirements including international assignments when needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Maintenance
