Corporate Compliance Assistant Officer
Responsibilities
- Providing guidance to business units on compliance matters
- Pursuing professional developments in the local and international compliance area
- Having good communication and compliance processes development studies with the shareholders
- Monitoring of the department’s goals
- Representing and coordinating own department to other departments
- Fulfilling the tasks assigned by the Corporate Compliance Officer
- Company Internal Rules & Regulations, Policies, Procedures
- Preparing and updating the Corporate Compliance Manual/Procedures
- Monitoring the company internal rules & regulations, policies and procedures and report the findings to the Corporate Compliance Officer
- Guiding business units for their drafting and enforcement of own “Procedures” in line with the principles under Corporate Compliance rules Sanctions and Export Control
- Regulations
- Monitoring the national and international sanctions and export control restrictions
- Coordinating with relevant business units about the issues
- Providing guidance to the business unit
- Coordinating with the external parties
- Competition
- Monitoring the national and international competition regulations
- Providing guidance to the business units agreements
- Reviewing the company agreements in terms of Corporate Compliance rules Corporate Compliance Forms
- Following up the Corporate Compliance Digital Program ·
- Guiding the Business Units in terms of program subjects (sponsorship, gift, event, donation and membership)
- Corporate Compliance Training
- Assisting draft and update the Corporate Compliance Training according the Corporate Compliance Guidelines
- Organizing the training and following up the attendees
- Annual Compliance Report
- Assisting the Corporate Compliance Officer to issue the Annual Compliance Report.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university
- Good command of English
- Ability to use computers, e.g. MS Office applications
- Have experience and knowledge about the company organization and functions at least 5 years
- Have an experience on regulations
- Managerial level responsibility
- Suitable for scheduled and unscheduled travels
