Compliance Monitoring Specialist / Senior Specialist
Responsibilities
- Performing internal and external audits and inspections as an authorized auditor and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Evaluating national and international regulations and supporting their integration into company processes.
- Preparing and reviewing company manuals and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Supporting the recording, filing, and, where applicable, distribution of incoming and outgoing Compliance Monitoring documents, as well as general correspondence with relevant authorities and organizations such as EASA and DGCA
- Support the effective implementation and maintenance of the Compliance Monitoring Management System
Qualifications
- Having a minimum of 3 years of experience performing auditor functions in civil aviation, specifically in the areas of Operational Departments (Flight Operation, Crew Training, Ground Operation and other supportive functions), especially 2 years in Compliance Monitoring background
- University degree in aviation or industrial engineering
- Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and investigations, and proficiency in report writing
- Familiarization with related regulations AIR OPS, PART-FCL,IOSA, Turkish DGCA Rules , ISO 9001, etc
- Having formal training of AIR OPS, AIR CREW, ISO 9001 Quality Familiarization and Auditor Training and such applicable standards and regulations (accepted by Authority)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, decisive and result-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using compliance management tools/software, and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of interacting effectively with the stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Good knowledge of English and Turkish (in writing and speaking)
- Willingness to travel as required, sometimes on short notice, to various locations,including international places
