I'm incredibly proud to have represented SunExpress in the Lufthansa Group CultureLAB journey and to see TravelConnect becoming a reality.

What started as an idea to strengthen a sense of belonging across the Lufthansa Group has evolved into a feature that will help colleagues connect, share local knowledge, and create meaningful experiences wherever they travel. It is inspiring to see how cross-functional collaboration can turn empathy into something tangible for more than 100,000 colleagues across the Group.
